Words From Our Families

June enjoys joking around with the staff members but also appreciates the level of care received. She's confident that help is always there when needed. She also mentioned that our smaller facility feels better than a larger one she's visited in the past.

Isabelle shared that, as far as she is concerned, everything is good, and she enjoys everything about Autumn House. She told me how important the facility is to her and how welcoming it makes her feel.

JP emphasized that staff and residents alike are good and kind to one another. Of course, for JP, the best part is having three good meals a day and his laundry done for him!

Orville appreciates the sense of security he feels at Autumn House, knowing he has a safe place to sleep and eat. He enjoys chatting with the staff and has a special fondness for management, especially Sam.

Shirley feels comfortable and appreciates the social aspect of the facility. She loves having people to visit with and expressed that the staff make her feel alive. Their kindness and the way they interact with her mean a lot.
